This is one of our contemporary, one-block, one-dye prints. The resist, which was block-printed onto the material before the black dye was applied, is made up of lime and gum arabic. Although it was washed off in the final stage, it gave the natural cotton a slight ivory tinge.

Material: 100% cotton

Dye: iron rust black

Width: 112cm / 44"

Weight: approx 90g/m, 80g/m²

Washing Instructions: Machine wash separately and cold with a very mild detergent. Air dry away from direct sunlight. Treat it well.

Important: This is hand woodblock-printed cotton. There will be irregularities in the print. If you are unsure, please contact us before purchasing.

Multiples of half metres will be cut as one continuous length.
